IBM Q is an industry-first initiative to build commercially available universal quantum computing systems for business and science. Even though IBM Q is not product we can sell we still think it’s pretty cool and no doubt the future of computing – heck, it’s already here!

The world took a big leap forward toward quantum computing readiness. A dozen international organizations representing Fortune 500 companies, academia, and the government joined the newly minted IBM Q Network. Together, They are committed to exploring scientific and commercial applications of quantum computing, leveraging IBM’s recently-announced 20-qubit commercial system – and, soon, their next-generation 50 qubit processor.
